Explain how you would listen, clarify the feedback, assess whether it is valid, and decide what action to take. Address how you would respond if you disagreed with part of the feedback, and how you would follow up to demonstrate improvement. The interviewer is assessing self-awareness, coachability, accountability, and your ability to turn feedback into measurable behavior change.
