Your question is Conflict Resolution Story. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

Tell me about the last time you had an argument with a co-worker and how did you resolve it?

Asked in the onsite stage. The interviewer is assessing how you handle interpersonal conflict, communicate under pressure, take accountability, and preserve a productive working relationship. Focus on a specific disagreement rather than describing your general communication style.

A strong answer should explain the source and stakes of the disagreement, what you did to understand the other person’s perspective, how you reached resolution, and what changed afterward. Include your own contribution to the conflict, the outcome, and what you learned.
