Your question is Conflict Resolution. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

Tell me about a conflict you had.

Asked in the Behavioral stage. The interviewer is assessing how you handle disagreement, communicate under tension, and take responsibility for your part in resolving the situation. Use one specific example, explain the stakes and your actions, and describe the outcome. A strong response shows that you listened, addressed the issue directly, avoided blame, and learned something that changed your behavior.
