Problem

Write a SQL query to retrieve data from a table based on a condition.

Use the appointments table and return only records whose status is Completed. Include the requested columns and present the matching appointments in chronological order, with appointment ID resolving ties.

Output

  1. One row per completed appointment.
  2. Columns: appointment_id, patient_name, status, and appointment_date.
  3. Sort by appointment_date ascending, then appointment_id ascending.
