Compute MoM Active Growth | Dataford Interview Questions

Write a query to calculate the month-over-month growth rate of active service professionals in a specific region.

Use the professionals and professional_monthly_status tables. Calculate results for the Chicago region, with growth compared to the prior month.

Output

One row per month with month_start, active_professionals, and growth_rate_pct
Include the earliest month with a NULL growth rate because no prior month exists
Round growth rates to two decimal places and order by month_start ascending
