Problem

Analyze QVC complaint data to surface category-level monthly trends in 2024. Your query should combine complaint records, category metadata, and optional resolution data to show which complaint categories are growing, how severe they are, and how they rank each month.

Distinct customers who complained
Percent of complaints with High severity
Month-over-month complaint count change by category
Rank of categories within each month by complaint volume
Only category-month groups with at least 2 complaints
