Colleagues’ Feedback on Improvement

Your question is Colleagues’ Feedback on Improvement. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

If I called your colleagues, what is something they would say you need to work on? Please share a specific example of when this feedback was relevant and explain what you did to improve. We are probing for honest self-awareness, not a disguised strength or a rehearsed weakness. A strong answer identifies a genuine development area, explains its effect on colleagues or work, describes concrete corrective actions, and shows evidence that the change was sustained.
