Code a rate limiter in any language.

Implement rate_limiter(requests, limit, window), processing requests in nondecreasing timestamp order. Each request is [key, timestamp]; return a Boolean for each request, accepting it only when that key has fewer than limit accepted requests in the inclusive interval [timestamp - window, timestamp].

Constraints

0 <= requests.length <= 1000
Each request is a two-element array [key, timestamp]
key is a non-empty string
0 <= timestamp <= 10^9
0 <= limit <= 10^5
1 <= window <= 10^9
Requests are ordered by nondecreasing timestamp
