Your question is CIM Case Study Debrief. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

CIM Case Study Debrief: Present analysis on a provided CIM and defend model assumptions against questions designed to test and challenge your analysis.

Asked in the Case Study Debrief stage. In-person case debrief with a Senior Associate, Associate, and SVP.

Task

  1. Present the investment thesis, key operating drivers, valuation, returns, and principal risks from the CIM and supporting model.
  2. Defend each material assumption, including revenue growth, margins, capex, working capital, leverage, exit multiple, and sensitivities.
  3. Explain what diligence findings would change your recommendation or cause you to pass.

Constraints

The CIM and model are provided separately during the process. No transaction-specific financial data is included in this prompt, so do not infer or fabricate deal figures.
