When would you use the STDIO versus STDTP transmission methods?

Implement choose_transmission(requests) using these operational rules: use STDIO for local, low-overhead requests that do not require reliable delivery; use STDTP for network requests, requests requiring reliability, or payloads larger than the configured threshold.

Each request is a map containing channel, reliable, and payload_size. Return an array containing the selected method for each request, in input order. The threshold is 1024 bytes.

Constraints

channel is either "local" or "network"
reliable is a boolean
0 <= payload_size <= 10^9
