Write a method to tell whether a char array is a palindrome or not.

Implement is_palindrome(chars). Return True when the characters are identical in forward and reverse order, and False otherwise. Comparison is case-sensitive, and spaces or punctuation are treated as ordinary characters.

Input: A list of single-character strings. Output: A boolean. The input may be empty.

Constraints

0 <= len(chars) <= 10^5
Each element of chars is a single-character string
Comparison is case-sensitive
Spaces and punctuation are not ignored
