Choose a specific professional or academic example relevant to software engineering. Explain the situation, your responsibility, the actions you took, the people or constraints involved, and the measurable outcome. Focus on your individual contribution rather than describing only what the team did. Be prepared to discuss what you learned and what you would do differently in a similar situation.
