Your question is Career Trajectory and Fit. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

Describe a time your career trajectory conversation led to points in common with the role and the company. Explain what you hoped to learn or communicate, how you connected your experience and goals to the opportunity, and what you learned from the discussion. The interviewer is assessing self-awareness, preparation, motivation, and whether you can identify genuine alignment without overstating your fit. A strong response uses a specific conversation, explains how you listened and adapted your perspective, and closes with the outcome and what the discussion changed for you.
