Your question is Capacity Planning for Product Launch. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

Problem

How do you approach capacity planning for a new product launch?

Explain how you would estimate workload, identify pipeline and storage requirements, validate assumptions through testing, and plan scaling before and after launch. Address batch and streaming workloads, peak traffic, backfills, reliability headroom, cost controls, and monitoring. Include the metrics, load-testing strategy, autoscaling approach, and rollback criteria you would use with Cisco data platforms such as Apache Kafka, Apache Spark, Amazon S3, Snowflake, and Apache Airflow.
