Your question is Build Support Procedures for Rollout. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Support Readiness for Rollout

You are the Engineering Manager owning the rollout of a new Autodesk product surface. Before launch, support and engineering need a clear operating procedure so customer issues are triaged consistently, escalations are handled quickly, and the rollout does not overwhelm the team. The challenge is that there is little historical ticket data, stakeholder priorities differ, and a few high-severity fixes are still in flight.

Operating Constraints

  • Support procedures must be ready 2 weeks before rollout
  • Expected first-month ticket volume: 150-250
  • 3 known high-severity bugs remain open
  • Support coverage is business hours only in 2 regions

Interview Question

How do you approach building support operating procedures for the rollout?
