What are the differences between LocalStorage, SessionStorage, and Cookies?
Implement compare_storage(names) to return the requested browser storage mechanisms and their properties. Each result must include scope, lifetime, approximate capacity, whether JavaScript can access it, and whether the browser sends it automatically with HTTP requests.
Input: a list containing valid names: LocalStorage, SessionStorage, or Cookies.
Output: a dictionary keyed by the requested storage names. Return {} for an empty list.
Example: ['LocalStorage', 'Cookies'] returns both comparison records. ['SessionStorage'] returns only the SessionStorage record.
