Tell me about how you would invert bits in two bytes and swap them.
Implement invert_and_swap(byte1, byte2). Each input is an unsigned 8-bit integer. Invert all eight bits in both bytes, then exchange their positions. Return the result as a two-element list in swapped order. The inversion must remain limited to eight bits, so Python's unlimited integer representation must be masked appropriately.
Example: invert_and_swap(0b00001111, 0b10101010) returns [0b01010101, 0b11110000].
