Binary Tree Traversal

MediumPython

Problem

Solve a DSA problem involving a binary tree and number traversal. Represent the tree as nested dictionaries with value, left, and right keys, or null for an absent child. Each root-to-leaf path forms a decimal number by concatenating node values. Return the sum of all root-to-leaf numbers. Use def sum_root_to_leaf_numbers(root):; node values are digits from 0 through 9, and an empty tree returns 0.

Constraints

  • 0 <= number of nodes <= 1000
  • 0 <= node.value <= 9
  • Each node has at most one left child and one right child
  • Return 0 when root is null

Function Signature
