Your question is Biggest Failure Reflection. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

What was your biggest failure at a previous role?

Choose one specific professional failure rather than a minor mistake or a disguised strength. Explain the situation, your responsibility, the consequences, how you responded, and what you changed afterward. We are looking for ownership without blame, honest reflection, and evidence that the experience improved your judgment or behavior. A strong answer should be concise, use the STAR structure, distinguish your contribution from external factors, and end with a concrete lesson that you have applied since.
