BI Tools and Scalability

EasySQL · PostgreSQL

Problem

Which BI tools (such as Tableau or Power BI) have you used, and how do they differ in terms of scalability?

Write a SQL query that summarizes recorded BI tool usage and assigns a scalability assessment based on runtime and data volume.

Output

  1. One row per BI tool, including tools with no recorded runs.
  2. Return tool_name, vendor, usage_count, unique_users, avg_runtime_seconds, max_rows_processed, and scalability_assessment.
  3. Sort by usage count descending, then tool name ascending.
