Your question is Behavioral and Take-Home Test. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

Tell me about a project that was not successful

Explain what you were responsible for, what made the project unsuccessful, and how you responded once you recognized the problem. I am looking for ownership rather than blame, including how you made decisions under uncertainty, communicated risks, and worked with others to recover or learn. A strong answer should use one specific example, clarify the stakes and your role, describe concrete actions and trade-offs, quantify the outcome where possible, and explain what you changed afterward.
