Write a SQL query to retrieve data from a database.

Use the orders table. Return up to five settled orders, showing the order ID, customer name, and amount. Exclude orders with other statuses or a NULL status.

Output

One row per included order
Columns: order_id, customer_name, order_amount
Sort by amount descending, then order_id ascending for ties
Return at most five rows
