Implement a class for doing banking tasks in any language

Define a BankingSystem class that maintains account balances and supports deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and balance queries. Reject non-positive amounts and operations that would overdraw an account.

For grading, implement banking_tasks(operations), where each operation is a dictionary with type and relevant fields. Return a list containing each operation's result: true or false for mutations, and an integer balance for queries. Missing accounts have balance zero.

Constraints

0 <= operations.length <= 1000
Account identifiers are non-empty strings
Amounts are integers
Each operation type is one of deposit, withdraw, transfer, or balance
A rejected operation must not modify any balance
