Your question is Balancing Velocity and Debt. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

How do you balance feature velocity with technical debt in a fast-paced environment?

Discuss how you would make delivery decisions for an ML-powered product, including when to ship a simple solution, when to invest in shared infrastructure, and how to prevent shortcuts from creating reliability or maintenance problems. Address prioritization, ownership, monitoring, rollback, and communicating tradeoffs.
