Your question is Balancing Customer and Constraints. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

Describe a situation where you had to balance customer needs with business constraints. Please choose a specific example and explain the customer need, the business limitation, how you evaluated the trade-offs, and what you ultimately decided. Be prepared to discuss the stakeholders involved, the data or judgment you used, the outcome, and what you would do differently. We are looking for evidence of customer empathy, prioritization, ownership, and sound business judgment rather than a hypothetical answer.
