Balanced Parentheses Coding

EasyPython

Problem

The Kforce Talent Technology platform receives structured candidate profile text that may contain parentheses, square brackets, and curly braces. Implement a validator that determines whether every bracket is balanced and correctly nested.

Characters other than (), [], and {} must be ignored. A string is valid when every opening bracket has the matching closing bracket and brackets close in last-in, first-out order.

Formal Specification

Implement validate_brackets(s), where s is a string. Return True if its brackets are balanced and correctly nested; otherwise, return False.

Constraints

  • 0 <= len(s) <= 10^5
  • s contains printable ASCII characters
  • Only (), [], and {} affect validity
  • An empty or bracket-free string is valid

Function Signature
