Balanced Parentheses Coding

Describe how you would implement a function that checks whether a given string has balanced parentheses, including edge cases and time complexity.

Treat characters other than parentheses as ignored. An empty non-NULL string is balanced, while a NULL string is not.

Output

1. Return one row per input with input_id, input_string, and is_balanced.
2. Include every input, ordered by input_id ascending.
