Write a code to validate if given string of brackets is balanced or not.

Asked in the technical stage. Implement the function below using a stack.

Input and Output

is_balanced(s) receives a string containing only (, ), [, ], {, and }. Return True when brackets are correctly matched and nested, otherwise return False.

Constraints

0 <= len(s) <= 10^5
s contains only (, ), [, ], {, and }
Every bracket must be matched and properly nested
