Your question is Balance Accuracy and Deployment Constraints. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

Describe a machine learning project from your past work experience where you had to balance model accuracy with deployment constraints.

Explain the business problem, dataset, candidate models, deployment environment, and the constraints that affected your design. Compare the evaluation metrics before and after optimization, and describe the tradeoff you made, such as latency versus accuracy, model complexity versus interpretability, or resource usage versus throughput. Be prepared to discuss how you validated the final choice and monitored it in production.
