Average Feedback Score by Office | Dataford Interview Questions

You are given a table of feedback submissions from a McKinsey & internal platform. Write a SQL query to return each office_name and its average score, considering only submitted scores that are not NULL. Sort the results by average score in descending order, and then by office_name alphabetically.
