Array Maximum Algorithm

Write a simple algorithm to find the maximum value in an array.

Implement def find_max_value(nums): for a non-empty array of integers and return the largest value. For example, [3, 1, 9, 2] returns 9, while [-5, -2, -8] returns -2.

Constraints

1 <= nums.length <= 1000
-10^9 <= nums[i] <= 10^9
The array is non-empty
