Write a program to insert 'A' after '4' in the array {1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9}.

Implement insert_after_four(arr), which accepts a Python list and returns a new list containing 'A' immediately after the first occurrence of 4. If 4 is absent, return the list unchanged. Do not modify the input list.

Constraints

0 <= len(arr) <= 100
Elements of arr are integers
