Your question is Approach a Scenario and Identify Blockers. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

If applied to our scenario, how would you approach it, and what are the potential blockers?

Asked in the HM Round stage as a follow-up during the resume project deep dive. Choose one project from your resume and explain how you would structure the problem, validate user needs, make product decisions, and manage execution risks. Keep the discussion grounded in your actual experience. Be explicit about assumptions, the decisions you personally influenced, evidence used, measurable outcomes, and what you would do differently. Address blockers across discovery, data quality, stakeholder alignment, technical feasibility, delivery, adoption, and measurement. If the project had limited results or was not launched, explain how you would evaluate progress and define a credible next step.
