Find the starting index of an anagram of string B inside string A.

Implement def find_anagram(A, B):, returning the lowest index of a substring in A whose characters can be rearranged to form B. Return -1 if no such substring exists. Treat character case and whitespace as significant, and assume both inputs are non-empty strings.

Constraints

1 <= len(A) <= 10^5
1 <= len(B) <= 10^5
len(B) <= len(A) or the function returns -1
Inputs contain arbitrary characters, including repeated characters
