Your question is AmEx Product Awareness. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

What are the products of AmEx you are aware of?

Asked in the Round 3 stage. This question probes your preparation, familiarity with American Express's business, and ability to communicate a broad set of products in a structured way. The interviewer is looking for more than a list: explain the customer or business need each product serves and distinguish consumer, commercial, payments, and travel offerings. A strong response is concise, accurate, and organized, while acknowledging the products you know best rather than guessing about unfamiliar offerings.
