Your question is Adoption KPIs and Measurement. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

What KPIs would you track, and how would you measure user adoption?

Asked in the first round stage. Explain how you would select adoption KPIs, distinguish activation from ongoing engagement, and avoid relying on a single vanity metric.

Requirements

  1. Define user adoption and identify a primary adoption KPI.
  2. Propose leading, behavioral, and outcome-oriented KPIs.
  3. Explain the calculation, denominator, time window, and segmentation for each key metric.
  4. Describe how you would measure adoption by cohort and identify adoption barriers.
  5. State the data sources and guardrails needed to validate the conclusions.

Data available

Assume access to product event logs, user and account records, feature usage, session activity, subscription data, and customer feedback.
