Active Engagement Windows | Dataford Interview Questions

Given an array of video view durations, write a function to identify the most active user engagement windows.

Implement most_active_windows(durations, window_size) by treating each window as window_size consecutive videos and measuring activity by the sum of their durations. Return every starting index whose window has the maximum sum, in ascending order. Durations are nonnegative integers, and the input always contains at least one valid window.

Constraints

1 <= len(durations) <= 5000
1 <= window_size <= len(durations)
0 <= durations[i] <= 10^6
Return all starting indices with the maximum window sum
