Your question is Accessibility and Inclusivity. Take a moment with it on the right.
Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).
How do you ensure accessibility and inclusivity are woven into your design workflow? Please describe the practices you use from discovery and research through interaction design, prototyping, handoff, and validation. Explain how you identify the needs of people with different abilities, devices, languages, experiences, or access constraints, and how you balance those needs with product goals, delivery timelines, and technical limitations. We are interested in a specific example that shows how you influenced partners, handled competing priorities, and took ownership when accessibility requirements were unclear or at risk of being deferred. Include the methods, standards, tools, or user feedback you relied on, as well as how you measured whether the resulting experience became more usable or inclusive. A strong response should distinguish accessibility compliance from genuinely inclusive design, describe a concrete tradeoff or obstacle, and explain what you learned that changed your workflow.
