Your question is 30-Minute Project Deep Dive. Take a moment with it on the right.

Talk me through your thinking if you like. When you're confident, submit your answer and I'll grade it like a real screen (7/10 or better passes).

You need to log in / sign up to chat or submit.

Problem

Give a 30-minute presentation on the most difficult project you have managed: what problems came up and how you solved them. Asked in the onsite stage, this presentation typically uses approximately 10 slides. Interviewers may interrupt with questions, so explain your decisions clearly while adapting in real time. Focus on the project’s stakes, the problems you encountered, your specific actions, stakeholder management, trade-offs, and measurable results. Distinguish your contributions from the team’s work, acknowledge setbacks, and reserve time for questions.
