Average Positive United States

After a recruiter conversation, about a week later I had a virtual interview with the hiring manager. The format was pretty straightforward: I walked through my background and then we spent time on how I handle problems during validation testing—what I do when something doesn’t behave as expected, how I approach debugging, and how I think through the next check to run.

It felt like a focused conversation rather than a puzzle marathon. The questions stayed rooted in my day-to-day approach when encountering issues in a testing/validation context, and I felt prepared because it matched the kind of work I’d described. Overall, it was an average-difficulty process and I didn’t get an offer after that stage.
