My interview was marred by how I was treated. The SE manager I spoke with came across as appalling in the way they interacted with me during the conversation. I felt uncomfortable immediately, and the whole exchange was easily the worst interview experience I’ve ever had.

Because of the tone and behavior in the room, I didn’t feel evaluated fairly or professionally. I didn’t receive an offer, and honestly the negative treatment overshadowed everything else about the interview process.
