Average Negative Singapore

I ended up doing a full-day in-person loop at their office that ran from late morning to around early evening. The logistics were strange: I was told to bring my own earpiece and essentially take virtual interviews while physically sitting at their workplace. I even had a physical resume in hand, though it didn’t seem like it was going to matter much.

The first round was a one-hour pen-and-paper test with 20 questions total: 10 coding-related questions and 10 IQ-style questions. Then I went into a longer round where I had several LeetCode-style problems plus a data model design question, and that segment lasted up to about three hours. The last technical round was conceptual—interviewers asked questions tied to things I listed on my resume, including topics like front-end frameworks and AI/embeddings-type areas, and they even revisited parts from the earlier coding round.

Average Positive Chennai

After a recruiter call, I was asked to complete a general aptitude test to evaluate how I approached problems. That was followed by a voice assessment focused on communication, and then a technical interview meant to measure my domain knowledge. The process ended with an HR round centered on cultural fit and my overall suitability for the role. It felt like a structured sequence where each stage checked a different skill area, and it stayed fairly consistent from the first touch through the final discussion.

Coding & Technical Rounds

Candidates face a series of coding challenges that range from basic to advanced, focusing on data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving skills. Expect questions that require clear reasoning and handling of edge cases, with increasing complexity as the rounds progress.

Low-Level Design (LLD) Focus

An LLD round is commonly included, where candidates must explain their design approach rather than write code. This round emphasizes clarity of thought and the ability to articulate design decisions based on real-world scenarios.

Behavioral & Cultural Fit

The final HR round often assesses cultural fit and communication skills, focusing on the candidate's background and how it aligns with the company's values. This round is typically conversational and seeks to gauge overall suitability for the role.
