What is a Customer Success Engineer at Zocdoc?
The Customer Success Engineer at Zocdoc is a hybrid role that sits at the intersection of technical onboarding, customer success, and commercial feature adoption. In this position, you are responsible for ensuring that healthcare providers and medical practices seamlessly integrate their scheduling systems with the Zocdoc marketplace platform. You will be expected to identify growth opportunities within your accounts, upselling premium features and expansion tools to maximize practice success and platform revenue.
