Average Positive Warsaw, IN

After a short video call with the hiring manager, I moved into two more video rounds. Each session was about an hour, so the whole experience felt pretty contained and easy to schedule. I first talked with the hiring manager, and then I sat down for another hour with two other managers from the team.

What stood out was how the decision seemed to come from the panel after those conversations. I didn’t end up getting an offer through the hiring manager I initially spoke with; instead, one of the other managers who interviewed me later extended the offer to me. Overall it felt like a collaborative loop—multiple leaders seeing me in the same time window, and the final offer reflecting that.

Average Neutral Warsaw, IN

My process was completely remote since the interviewers’ availability was the driver for scheduling. It ended up being three phone interviews total: one with a recruiter, then two more with management.

The pacing was relaxed. Nothing about it felt especially difficult or time-consuming, and I came away feeling like the conversations were more about alignment and fit than tricky problem-solving. The format was straightforward, and the whole thing stayed easy to manage alongside work and life.
