Difficult Positive Bengaluru

My process leaned heavily into tests and timed assessments. It started with an aptitude test that lasted two hours, then a next-day online coding test with a mix of multiple-choice questions and several coding prompts. A third day followed with technical interviews—one more like DSA and another focused on core topics—then a separate cultural-fit style conversation.

I also experienced a version of Zeiss interviews where the structure included several rounds—six in total—with a very scenario-driven, real-life usage approach. Each round started on time and felt professional, and they emphasized staying current with where things stood as the process moved forward.
