Difficult Positive Onletkauk

After the usual recruiting meetings, I moved into a technical sequence made up of three rounds. The first technical round felt more systems-design oriented, and it pushed me to think at a higher level than just implementation details. The second round shifted toward specific language work—more focused on how things actually behave inside common data structures and constructs.

By the final technical round, the tone was more experiential: it leaned on my past work, and it also brought in edge-case thinking. Overall it felt difficult, but structured, and I could tell they were trying to test both breadth and how I reason when requirements get messy. I didn’t end up with an offer, though the process itself had a fairly clear progression.

Average Neutral Singapore

I did three stages, all on site. After an HR email arranged the timing, I went through a packed day that included multiple technical coding rounds in a LeetCode-style format, ranging from easy to medium. Those technical interviews took about three hours total at their office.

Once the coding portion was done, the process also included a shorter “fit” moment where they asked why Xiaomi. The whole thing felt straightforward from a format standpoint, but it still required focused problem-solving under time pressure. I didn’t end up getting an offer, yet the process felt fairly direct about what they wanted to measure.

Language Considerations

Candidates should be prepared for interviews conducted in Mandarin, as some interviewers may use limited English, which can add a layer of difficulty to the technical discussions. Comfort with the language is crucial for effective communication throughout the process.
