I went through a pretty structured four-stage process. First I had a fairly long aptitude test—75 minutes with 60 questions—focused on problem-solving and analytical thinking. After that, I moved into a 30-minute interview centered on both technical and personal fit.

The next step was a psychometric test that took 50 minutes and had 126 questions, aimed at understanding my personality traits and behavioral tendencies. Finally, I had a 30-minute closing discussion where I could ask anything remaining before the selection decision.

My process started the usual way: I applied online and then went through screening with the recruiter to talk through my background, goals, and why I was interested. After that, the next phase was a technical assessment, and the format felt geared toward testing practical coding and problem-solving rather than just theory.

What followed was heavier and more time-boxed. I was asked to complete a project submission test within 12 hours, using a web-app setup with a frontend and backend (Node.js and Python with MySQL were mentioned as preferred stacks). After getting through that, there were two technical interviews, and then a hiring manager round.
