After an HR call, I went into the technical part pretty quickly. The process was essentially two technical rounds followed by a cultural discussion. The first technical screen felt like it was primarily checking fundamentals, and the second one went deeper—much more hands-on and specific.
Most of my questions centered on Databricks, SQL, and Python. It wasn’t just conceptual; the discussion expected me to be comfortable working through details across those tools. By the time I cleared both technical rounds, the final step shifted toward fit and the way I approached work, more of a discussion than a technical challenge.
