After a recruiter call, I ended up going through a pretty technical sequence. About a week later I had two technical rounds, with the first acting like a screening and the second going deeper. The topics were very hands-on: Databricks work plus SQL and Python showed up repeatedly, and I felt the questions were meant to test whether I could actually reason through those tools rather than just recite concepts.
Once I cleared both technical rounds, I moved into a final cultural discussion round. Overall it felt tough and very specific in its focus, and the pace made it clear they were trying to filter quickly. I didn’t receive an offer, but the structure was straightforward enough that I knew exactly where I stood after each stage.

Easy Negative Netherlands
My process felt unusual and almost suspicious because the communication never stabilized. I got a call from HR to arrange a screening, and they said an email invitation would follow, but it never did. The screening call itself was short—around 15 to 20 minutes—and after that I didn’t hear anything back.
What made it worse was that all communication stayed on the phone. There were no scheduling confirmations, no follow-up emails, and no way to verify the status after the call. I honestly started wondering whether it might have been a scam, because it didn’t feel like a real recruiting timeline.
