The interview felt well structured, and I appreciated that expectations were communicated clearly for each round. The process did run a bit long, though, and the interviews themselves stretched enough that it started to feel heavy by the later stages.
What stayed consistent was the mix of technical and behavioral questions. Different panels across roles asked different parts—so I didn’t get the sense of a single unified style throughout. Since I didn’t get an offer, the ending feel was that it was thorough and time-consuming, and they genuinely put weight on how well I handled both technical depth and behavioral signals across multiple panels.

The process started with submitting my resume, then I completed a HireView assessment, and then I went through an interview day. On that day, there were two separate 30-minute interviews, and each one had two interviewers speaking to me.
After those, I had a final 45-minute round with a more senior employee. Altogether, it felt like a deliberate escalation: more people and more time concentrated toward the end. I ended up receiving an offer, and my reflection was that the long interview day didn’t feel random—it felt designed to steadily pressure-test both my background and how I could communicate under different interviewer styles.
